what is about carbs, and days off that makes us so tired.
Have I always been this tired, or is it a new thing? Am I lethargic from not doing anything – despite having done a shift at work, met with two clients, unpacked half my house, and only took one nap through it all?
I’d try to make this blog better, smarter, longer – but I’m barely holding my eyes open at 10pm.
Be tired.
Be full from dinner.
Be unafraid to say we’ll try this again tomorrow.
