Energy Bites

Servings – approximately 12 bites!


1 1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/2 cup of natural peanut butter

1/4 cup of natural honey

2 scoops of whey or protein powder (vanilla or chocolate work best)

Handful of chocolate chips


In a big bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, and whey powder. Use a few tablespoons of water to moisten ingredients and form into a dough consistency. Pour in chocolate chips as desired. Continue to stir until completely combined, and able to scoop into dough balls.

Use hands, or ice cream scoop to partition into ball-like shapes onto a tray, or serving dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Separate into plastic storing dish and store cold.

These no-bake energy balls are the perfect after work-out snack, or a quick sweet treat when you're on-the-go
