- Cottage Cheese
- Quinoa Macaroni Noodles
- Minced garlic
- No-Salt Salt & Pepper
- Optional: spinach, onions, mushrooms
- Optional: favourite shredded cheese
In a saucepan, combine and heat 3/4 cup cottage cheese with 1 tbsp of minced garlic until very warm. Add 1/2 cup of Quinoa macaroni noodles. Stir until noodles are soft.
Add chopped spinach, chopped red or white onions, mushrooms and stir well.
Remove from heat and spoon into serving dish. No-salt salt and pepper to taste. Top with ounce of shredded cheese.
